ICS Cleaning
ICS Cleaning provides contract and specialist cleaning for schools, academy trusts, colleges, offices, retail and industrial sites across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, with local teams, supervision and quality audits.

SPS Security
SPS Security has protected businesses, schools and public buildings since 1992, with directly employed SIA-licensed officers, GPS-tracked mobile patrols and its own 24-hour control room in Hull.

SPS Technical
SPS Technical designs, installs, monitors and maintains fire alarm, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems for commercial, education, public sector and industrial sites, with local engineers across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

TESS
TESS (Hull) Ltd designs and installs access control, fire alarm, CCTV and intruder alarm systems, working with electrical contractors, NHS hospitals, schools and commercial clients across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the Humber.

ICS Maintenance

SPS Academy
SPS Academy (formerly SPS Training) is the group's training centre: a Highfield approved centre for SIA security licence, first aid, IOSH and manual handling courses, plus cleaning skills training for cleaning operatives and supervisors. Its own website launches in early 2027; in the meantime, call our Hull office.

Yes. SPS Group is a regional facilities management group covering the soft FM and security side of a building: cleaning, security guarding, patrols, keyholding and alarm response, fire and security systems, PAT testing and machinery repairs, and accredited training. About 95% of services are self-delivered by its own specialist businesses.
Can SPS Group provide integrated facilities management?▾
Yes. Clients can use one service, combine several, or have an integrated contract where each service keeps its own specialist manager and a senior management team oversees the whole site as the single point of contact. Services can be priced as one contract or by lot.
Which companies are part of SPS Group?▾
SPS Security Limited (including its SPS Technical division), Independent Cleaning Services Limited (ICS Cleaning) and TESS (Hull) Ltd. ICS Maintenance and SPS Academy (training) are also part of the group, and their own websites launch in early 2027.
